"Can't get anyone to answer phone. Have left tons of voice mails.sent emails and texts. My rates change with no explanation. I have been a state farm customer in Missouri and never had this problem 🙄 Even my equipment was shipped to Missouri for whatever reason and I had to drive there to get it or risk losing discount for problem. I have been very patient awaiting a phone call maybe this will help."
